Ran on treadmill, 5.2 miles in 1:08. Ugh. Arrived at the gym around 23:15, left at 02:10. Need to find a way to get to the Gym earlier,was very tired. Pounded myself with the weights; bench, incline press, lat press down, overhead lat extensions, quads, hamstrings, and adductors. Skipped biceps and abs.

Way too cold to run outside (temp was either -2F or 0F, depending on the bank sign). Sidewalks still icy and a "dusting" type snow is falling.
